About Them

The Nicolett is a new fine-dining destination restaurant from chef Finn Walter, located on the edge of downtown Lubbock. We are open for dinner service Tuesday-Saturday, plus Sunday brunch. Seating is available in our dining room, patio, and greenhouse. Reservations are always encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome!

Join us on Thursday evenings for our Chef's Tasting Menu -- a new multi-course menu each week crafted by Chef Finn Walter. Reservations are required and seating is limited. For something casual, stop in for Cocktail Hour, Tues-Fri, 4-6 pm with open seating in the bar and the patio. House wines are $7 and draft beers are $5, plus we serve cheese + charcuterie.

What \"Local and Independent\" Means to Them

Being able to bring Lubbock a new type of dining experience by focusing on local ingredients. We get to build relationships with local farmers, Texas purveyors, and local winemakers and share their products with our guests. We want to honor our community through these relationships and play our part as we join other businesses in revitalizing downtown.
