After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management, Gracie knew she should follow her dreams of owning her own boutique. River Bleu started out traveling around Texas and New Mexico taking part in trade shows. After building their reputation and spreading the word of River Bleu’s spunk, they now River Bleu have a store front on 98th Street!
